Thanks for the concern. I am able to implement force authorization
code after doing googling for sometime. I can post the code if you
want to.

Secondly the prompt is playing now. The issue was I was using 711alaw,
but it requires 711ulaw. But the problem for param not registering is
still there in bot the AA and QUEUE. and when I press the key for
sales group, although the call is transfered to phones, but they don't
ring at all, instead phones show " 1 call in queue". finally
dial-by-extension is working fine.
