[cisco-voip] how to allow alternate routes for unregistered phones

We're migrating away from an Alcatel, and I don't have much access to 
that, there are other people taking care of that part.

I suppose it works in a way similar to that, but for now I'm just trying 
to make sure my end works, and I can prepare as much as possible before 
moving so I can distribute somewhat the workload on the days of moving 
the users.

Anyway, thanks for all the ideas, it will certainly be helpful ;)
