The CUCM Version is already 6.1.2.1000-13, so I am not sure why it does
not record the extension mobility user.

Spanning switch ports were used.

just been through all these pains:

had to upgrade from 6.1.1 to 6.1.2.1000-13 for the TSP driver to work
we use extension mobility and can record them fine........eventually
luck in our case the users do not move and use the same phones all the
time so we associated the specific user phones to the NICE end-user.

Are you using a SIP trunk to the logger or spanning switch ports?
