We just did if with NICE
If you are using Extension Mobility make sure you are running CUCM
6.1.2.xxxx as previous ones have problems with the TSP driver.
If you are spanning ports on a switch/switches rather span per port
and not per vlan.
We has some problems with the NICE encoder/decoder but a few pataches
seemed to have sorted that out.
