[cisco-voip] Optimizing CUCM 6.1.2

Omar,

Those are normal values for a CM 5.X and 6.X system.

The active partition is a fixed size and no large files are written there
during normal operation.

The logging partition is fine because all of the logs are written in a
circular buffer.
