[cisco-voip] NO Personal Directory

Omar,
I can think of two possible options:
1. Change the Directories URL to an invalid address in CUCM Enterprise
Parameters. Like http://127.0.0.1/index.html for instance
This *might* remove the Personal Directory but would also remove the
Corporate Directory. The phone would no longer be able to pull up the
directories page.
2. Download and install the IP Phone Services SDK on a Windows server
running IIS and setup your own version of the Directory page using the IIS
service that does not contain Personal Directory.
Your Enterprise Parameter for Directories URL in CUCM would then look like
http://<Your IIS Server>/yourservice.xml
