[cisco-voip] M$ UM w/ CUCM

What I like about Windows Server is it runs on about any hardware.....if
you swap from a 2.4 GHz processor to 3.0 GHz the Hardware Abstraction
Layer just recognizes it and it keeps working.....with a Cisco Appliance
you need the exact processor it supports and nothing else.

We went from proprietary locked/licensed refrigerator appliances to a
more open Windows back to a proprietary/licensed locked appliance model
(the frig got really small)..

Personally I wish I could charge money to turn service bits on and off
for maintenance (Octel model).

Subject: [cisco-voip] M$ UM w/ CUCM

All,

I have been doing some research on the integration between M$ UM and
Cisco Unified Communications Manager.

Here are some things that I haven't been able to answer;

What are some third-party MWI servers that are available?

What versions of CUCM does M$ Exchange 2007 require?

Is there any documents from either the M$ or Cisco side that I should
look at?

I have access to both M$ and Cisco resources but I have not been
successful in finding the right documents.

Any help is welcomed.

Semper Fidelis,
