Is that why my CallManager case that I tried to open shows no CM serial
numbers associated with my contracts? And why the TAC case tool is
insisting that I enter a serial number for servers that are hundreds of
miles away?
It's _adorable_ how various aspects of cisco.com seem to be both
multi-billion dollar companies and simultaneously seem to be mom&pop
shacks. Oh, yeah, I forgot that I'm paying thousands of dollars a year
for SmartNet. On second thought, not so adorable.
Gee, did I just -1 my CCO account for the next TAC case I try to open?
