[cisco-voip] Device loads in CM 6.1

I would like to change firmware on phones in my new CM 6.1.2 enviroment.  I
have downloaded the files and I'm ready to upload them to CM.  What kind of
issues would this cause if I did it during operational hours?

I used to be able to slip the files in the TFTP path and restart the TFTP
servers.  Things change with CM 6.1 so I'm just asking.
