[cisco-voip] MGCP Redundant Host Support for More Than 2 CUCM Hosts

I am annoyed I am not sure of this...
BUT... if the gateway is in a device pool with a CCM Group with more than 2
servers, all of them should get pushed to the MGCP gateway... Now, you may
not see all of them (it would be worth a test to take down the first two
listed and see what the gateway does...)...
I am sure the TAC dudes can confirm (or not...)
