[cisco-voip] MGCP Redundant Host Support for More Than 2 CUCM Hosts

the max CMs you can put into a CM group is three.
this is a hard limit on the CM app side.  Therefore, you have three CMs you
can put in MGCP (1 in the call agent, and 2 in the redundant host)
