[cisco-voip] Ringer Issue after installation of service release and phone firmware

I've run into this recently on a new 6.1(2) deployment. Phones will be
working fine and then all of sudden stop. If you go to the ring tone
settings on the phone the play button is grayed out. I've only received
reports of this, have not been able to see it for myself yet.
