[cisco-voip] QS: Corporate Directory Issue

All,

I am setting up CCM 4.1.3 in lab. Able to setup basic parameter like date/time, regions, pool and server etc. I also added users and associated them with IP Communicators. The problem is when accessing the directory option I am able to all the entries but cannot dial any one. IPC just not taking any input on these entries. Also when I call another IPC, instead of showing the caller name it shows un-known number?
