We are using CCM 4.1 and Unity 4.0. In Unity, we set a main extension
then a list of alternate extensions within Unity. There is a limit of
one main and nine alternates for one mailbox. This lets several
extensions use the same mailbox and it sets MWI on all the extensions.

We also set an alternate extension for outside users so that their cell
phone is recognized when the call the outside voicemail pilot number;
the system drops them straight to their mailbox password prompt. Execs
love not having to dial their DID and wait to be forwarded then jump out
to login prompt from there.
