[cisco-voip] Voice mailbox sharing in CCM 6

Since you didn't spec out what voicemail system your using, I'll assume
Unity or Connection.

 

In both system you can specify an alternate extension and additional
notify extensions.

 

The alternate extension will route the caller to the shared voicemail
box, while the additional notify extension will light the MWI for the
additional phone.
