[cisco-voip] Call Transfer Problem

Does pushing up/down on the rocker to select the incoming call do
anything? Sounds like the phone is giving you softkeys for a line
that is onhook. Check the settings for "auto line select" and "auto
call select" on phone's Device configuration in CCMAdmin.

We are having an intermittent problem with calls coming in and no
ability to transfer them.
The softkeys at times available are ONLY: Redial, CFwdALL, or New
Call. (the normal Hold, EndCall, Transfer and More do not appear).

There were no other calls coming in and no one else was on any of the
other lines at the time.

Any ideas??

Thank you...
