[cisco-voip] ata issue

Hi,

I have centralized CCM cluster deployment with cluster ove WAN. at one of th
branch office, we have installed some ata 186 for the fax connection. some
the atas are working fine. but issues of some 6-7 atas as in they can send
and receive fax within the cluster but while receiving fax from PSTN, they
receive just a blank page.

help would be highly appreciated
