[cisco-voip] Pickup group for hunt pilot, CSCsb42763 hack

I need to have a hunt pilot in a pickup group on CCM 4.1(3), which I
realize is not normally possible. I know about the hack where you can
enable this functionality by going to the enterprise parameters and
putting in CSCsb42763, but it feels so dirty.

The obscurity of this hack has me worried it might introduce other
problems or something. Does anyone actually use this hack in production?
Has it caused you any issues or are my fears unfounded?

Also does anyone know if the hack works when the line group is using
broadcast distribution? My Googling found some people having trouble
getting it to work with broadcast.
