[cisco-voip] UCM 6.1.2.1000 RTMT java error

Just after a fresh install then upgrade to 6.1(2) BE and trying to log
into RTMT that was downloaded from same callmanager I get the following
error.

 

java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find bundle for base name
org.apache.xerces.msg.XMLMessages, local en_US

 

I have tried this on 3 different XP machines that all log into other
6.1(2) installs just fine. I couldn't find any bugs, any nothing in the
netforum. There is a bug that is very similar (same error) but for 4.x
systems with the RTMT running on the AVVID2000 OS.

 

Anyone seen this?
