Hi,
I have one user whose exchange box has a 750MB limit and sits at about
350MB used. The mailbox limits on the user account are set to use the
default, and the defaults on the message store are: warning at 700MB
and prohibit send at 750MB.
Yet whenever the user checks VM via the phone, Unity warns her that her
mailbox is nearly full.
Any ideas?
Thanks
jrr
