[cisco-voip] VG224 - SCCP - DTMF

Ed,
I've seen IOS bug on VG224 related to DTMF.  However, in my scenario it was
the other way around.

i.e. IVR connected to VG224 and people were dialing into IVR and the IVR
wasn't getting any DTMF from the VG224.

You may try upgrading to the latest 12.4(15)T code to see if your luck
improves.
