[cisco-voip] VG224 - SCCP - DTMF

correct,this command does not mean anything as these ports are SCCP
controlled. CCM traces should be able to tell you or since VG224 is an IOS
based device there should be an SCCP debug on it to see realtime sccp events
and messages.
