[cisco-voip] Upgrade Unity UM offline

I am upgrading a customer from Unity UM 4.0(5) to Unity UM 5.x. I would like
to do this on the new server at my office and ship the server to the
customer already upgraded and configured. I have done this plenty of times
with voicemail only but with this situation I will not have any network
connectivity to his windows domain. Has anyone attempted anything like this
before?
