Subject: [cisco-voip] CUPC 1.2(3) Reachability Status Issue

Having a strange issue with Reachability Status on CUPC 1.2(3) with CUPS
6.0.2.1000-27.....

Issue is that when a user is on the phone, that user's status still
shows "Available" in CUPC for the other users. If that user manually
sets their status to Away, then it shows up just fine. The Idle status
is also showing just fine. I configured some BLF/SD buttons to make
sure the phone presence information was being shared correctly within
CM, and it is. It just seems not to be reaching CUPS / CUPC.

Ideas?

TIA-

Rick
