[cisco-voip] QS: TFTP Server and Phone Loads

All,

How TFTP server provides phone load to ip phones. I mean what is the minimum number of BYTES tftp server sends to IP Phones. 

Another things is that we have some branches in location VSAT is the only possible solution. Will ip phones be able to register with call manager.

Using CCM 4.2(3).
