[cisco-voip] tcl ivr script error

Hi,

I'm having trouble make some modifications to app_debitcard TCL script.
What does following really mean? I'm trying to authorize against Radius 
server in act_Setup and
then get evt_status in act_SetupNext. However following error occurs:

    Result:
