[cisco-voip] Cisco call handlers (Emmanuel Shoroma)

OK, so youve got a did that comes in and is an attendant console hunt
pilot.  You then have the hunt group that hits this line, that line, blah
blah.  What I would do is create a cti port, associate it to the ac user,
and make it the last option in the attendant console hunt group.  If you've
got it so that the user's have to login in order to receive calls, then when
they are logged out, it will go straight to this cti port and will follow
the path from there.
