it allows the end users access to put on any background image or ring tone
they want on there phone.
only requirements are CM 6 firmware 8.4.1+ and allow them to personallized
which can be allowed cluster wide (oh, and Java based phone 79x1 or
better). you still must associate them to there phones but works really
slick. Install takes a while though.
