Couple Questions,
Are you Doing Multicast or Unicast Music on Hold?
Are the people hearing Tone on Hold instead of MOH on remote sites or Network segments?
Are you running Other codecs beside G.711?
Are you getting TOH everywhere instead of MOH or do you have users with MOH and others with TOH?

Subject: [cisco-voip] No MOH, just beeps
Whenever someone is put on hold (on-campus and off-campus calls), the individual on hold only hears an occasional beep, instead of our music on hold. We currently have two CallManagers, a publisher and a subscriber, running version 4.1.3sr7. The music on hold is service is activated and running on the subscriber. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
