[cisco-voip] Just added subscriber, phones only showing one Call Manager

Matthew,
Update the CallManager group to include the new server.
Reset all phones that are using that CallManager group.
This will cause the phone to download the new TFTP config file. The
information about the new server in the CallManager group is stored in the
TFTP config file.
