Matthew,

Update the CallManager group to include the new server.

Reset all phones that are using that CallManager group.

This will cause the phone to download the new TFTP config file. The information about the new server in the CallManager group is stored in the TFTP config file.

Ok, we  just completed an upgrade to 6.1.2 last night and we also added a subscriber server in the process. All phones are up and working, however they only show one Call Manager server when you view the network configuration. I have added both servers to option 150 in DHCP, what else do I need to do so that the phones see both servers?
