[cisco-voip] Meeting place integration with outlook integration

In the plug in generator, there are 3 buttons were you are modify the
templates.  Also you can give the server a nice hostname, but the long
character string is unique to the conference.  Also look in
.../mpweb/outlook/ either its common files or mpoutlook/templates or
something like that where you can actually change the templates.  Be
sure to restart the services after each change.  Its been awhile since
I've done this....
