[cisco-voip] Unity Eventlog, what to do about Applog EventID 401 ?

Messages to a certain mailbox on Unity (4.2(1.0)) are being dropped  
intermittently and forwarded to the default Admin PDL,
this is the error message it generates on a corresponding time stamp:

RecordMessage returned [0x80004005] on line 5239 of file H:\views 
\ESB1_view\un_Conv1\Scripted\ConvSub\PHGreeting.cpp


That is all ... any thoughts? Google was utterly barren on this one.
