What happens when an outside caller calls the redirected number? Do they get a fast busy, ring back then a fast busy, or?

You can modify the redirecting number with translation patterns.

Subject: [cisco-voip] CME rediredtion issue

When I forward lines on my pri to any number apart from a 1866 number it works.
I have engaged the telco and they see the same error and do not know why it is rejecting the call. They have asked me to change the redirecting number from 1700 to the full number.
But I do not know where to do that.

Can anyone shed some light for me ?
