[cisco-voip] Unnassigned DNs in CM 4 ?

Thanks for the info Aman.
To me this option in CM5 and CM6 makes it easier for larger
enterprises to perform move/adds/changes. Its easier to track with
the unassigned numbers already defined. Plus you can bulk in
unassigned numbers with out associating them to devices.
