[cisco-voip] Switch Hanging off Phone

Thanks everyone!  My VAR told me about bpduguard.  I will have to delve
deeply into some Cisco manuals when I go back to work!  Looks like with the
right amount of settings and paranoia, you can pretty much safeguard the
network from these events again.
