[cisco-voip] mobile voice access AGAIN

when i call the IVR i get response,

but when i try to start a new call i get disconected.

is the output of debug, but i'm wondering why it is like this.

i called from cellphone to the ivr (number was 0173628xyz) 

879 is the ivr number 

after i was asked to enter number for new call i entered something like 
038899xyz

some i am confused why there is no attemp to match the dial peers with 
that numbers i entered.
