What version of CUCM are you using?
The BAT export all details/import all details will work, but it won't verify
the file (at least in Windows). Make sure you do your inserts only using
the same device types (ie one file for all 7960s, one file for all 7970s,
etc).

Subject: [cisco-voip] Export and import phones
Hello
I have to change the config on 300 phones. I tried to use BAT for this job,
however I can not update all fields I have to with BAT. Now my idea was to
export all the phones, delete them on the CallManager and import them with
the new setting.
I can export the phones (7960) without any errors. Now I try to import
(Insert Phones Step3 To insert all phone details from an exported file, go
to step 3) the same file and the fields seam not to be in the correct order.
The fields are not in the right format to import them from the export field.
Also the field descriptions in the help text are not corresponding to the
csv export file.
Has anyone done anything similar?
Thanks Reto
