[cisco-voip] ANSWER -- SLP -- Multicast? Berbee IP Speakers across wan

to come full loop.
The slp multicast was not working because my CMM blade was becoming the DR
and that was not configured correctly or bug. made the 6509 the DR and
everything works now.
