[cisco-voip] WAN/LAN QOS Quandry, are you clairvoyant?

I am just posting here out of desperation, I have tried very hard to
keep it short. I am just trolling for ideas here because I am totally
stumped.

I have a remote site where a certain DID is clipping nearly every
inbound call. It exists across a WAN link from Callmanager, but I can
call numbers that ring
gateways across 2 WAN hops from this site, answer the call on an IP
phone on site, and I have no problems. The gateway and the phone of
concern share
a LAN, although Callmanager IS across a WAN from the phone and Gateway.

So phone in site A and gateway in site C seem to work well together,
but phone in site A and gateway in site A do not.

It is worth mentioning that nobody else attached to site A via layer 2
has this problem, it is just a certain DID range/dial-peer (which, of
course, looks technically
identical to the rest of the functioning dial-peers).
