[cisco-voip] help on call manager 6.1.2 problem - call manager service hangs on starting

Hello,
Has anyone had this problem ?
When I start the call manager service, it seems to start, but after a
short period (I think it's the 3 times that it tries to start time
period) it hangs on starting.
Everithing seems fine, but it never starts ok.
Tha Call Manager is a 6.1.2 version.
Any help would be much appreciated.
