[cisco-voip] help on call manager 6.1.2 problem - call manager service hangs on starting

If you go to
System > License > License Unit Report
do you see the correct number of node licenses for the number of
CallManager's in your cluster?
Do you have a SW Feature License loaded?
That's usually what causes this type of problem in 6.X
If your licensing looks correct, check your application and system event
viewer logs using RTMT. After that, check your CallManager traces with RTMT
trace collection.
