Neither side gets remote video?
Do both sides get audio?
You might want to check to see if something is blocking the video stream
leaving the PC.
Look at the SCCP StartMultiMediaTransmission sent to each individual phone.
The phone passes this IP and port back to the PC using the CAST protocol.
