Pedro,
You can delete each license by going to the SSH Admin CLI and run
file delete license <license file name.lic>
At that point you can restart the License Manager service and then reupload
all of the licenses. There shouldn't be any problem doing this on a non
production system.
Regarding your current licensing problem, please perform the procedure above
and if things still aren't working - take screen shots of the license file
upload page. Run through a "display license" for each license you have
installed.
