You can add the users whose called ID you want to hide in a separate partition and add a translation pattern and change the caller id to restricted.
Cheers

Is there an easy way to block some phones from showing the caller ID of incoming calls? We have some folks in customer service who are letting some calls go to voicemail based on the callerID? and Management wants to block all of their Caller ID on all of their incoming calls.

Try firing one or two of them based on that, and I bet the problem would
go away....
Are these internal calls?
