[cisco-voip] Digital networking delay

I'm talking about the actual call routing via CUCM. Setting up an IP
phone with the same CSS and dialing the same number UC is dialing
should be a sufficient test.

It wouldn't hurt to look at CUCM traces to see if the delay is in
CUCM or UC.

I checked DNA using the same CSS as the Unity ports to the other Unity
Pilot Point. I even assigned the CSS to a phone/ext to see if there is
a problem. Everything looks good. I checked the route plan for any
conflicts, but could not find any. As far as Interdigit Timeout is
concerned, are you talking about the settings on UC or CUCM? Does
anyone have any direct experience with Unity Connection and digital
networking?

Thanks

Check DNA on your CUCM server you could be hitting interdigit timeout

on the outbound call to the other UC server.

We are only using 4 digits for the pilot, and the mailboxes on the
servers are only using 4 digit extensions. So, how long does this
generally take with a regular Unity system?

Thanks
