[cisco-voip] MGCP BRI SRST

The SRST works fine, but when the WAN link comes back, the ISDN doesn't
return back to Multiple frame established.

'no mgcp' and 'mgcp' clears the problem. Upgraded the IOS to 12.4(19b)
but the same. 

Has anyone got this problem and resolution?

I'd appreciate your advice.
