[cisco-voip] CUCM 6 or Unity connection 7 SNMP Notification Destination Configuration

I tested my 6.1(3) server and see the same behavior.
I reviewed all open and resovled defects for community or snmp and found 
nothing similar.

Looks like you have yourself a new customer found defect.  Open a new 
TAC case, send me the number,  and I will shepherd it along.
