[cisco-voip] Updating CME and CUE on UC520

Just use the CCA.  It will update both CME and CUE automatically and will
clean up all of the old files.  Make sure to use the latest version of CCA,
1.9(1).  I've done this process several times upgrading to UC500 7.0(2).
