[cisco-voip] Updating CME and CUE on UC520

Does anyone have concise (quick) instructions on how to update both the ISE and the IOS on a UC520?

I always seem to run into problems when following Cisco's instructions, either something runs out of disk space, or 10 other issues.

Also, when you use CCA does it update the software on the ISE as well as the IOS itself?
